Registration and Payments
Registration Process Within 2-3 weeks of receiving your application, ALPI will mail you the “Need-To-Know” fact sheet and confirmation letter. The “Need-To-Know” fact sheet contains important facts including a list of things to bring; travel insurance/assistance information; information about telephone, cell phone, mail and express parcel services; and information about climate, money, visas, etc. The confirmation letter will also include class particulars, summary of charges, accommodations (if applicable) and any other important information.
Your final confirmation is only mailed after ALPI receives your full payment and all other necessary information (airline arrival particulars, etc.). Check these confirmations carefully to make sure that everything is correct. If there is an error, call us immediately.
All prices are subject to change without notice.
All payments must be in U.S. Dollars.
A non-refundable registration fee of $100 is due at the time your application is submitted. This fee is in addition to the program price and is refundable only if your application is rejected by ALPI (e.g. if rejected because the requested program is unavailable).
All changes within two weeks of the scheduled start date are subject to an additional $50 fee.
Once you have participated in any ALPI language program, you will receive a 10% discount on any future ALPI programs. ALPI discounts are based on the cost of the language program only. Excursion packages, additional homestay days, additional travel insurance and registration fees are not eligible for any discounts. Executive Intensive, Special and one week programs are not eligible for any discounts.
All discounts are not combinable unless stated otherwise and will not exceed $200 per person. Remember to clearly state that you are eligible for a specific discount on your application.
